Notify is the base service for all SMS related features on the platform. It enables users to create sender ID’s, Contact groups, SMS channels and campaigns.
SMS Channels
SMS Channels are advanced contact organizing tools that allows external users to join these contact groups via a clickable link. They can also join directly within the app.
SMS Channels are good for small and large contact groups e.g Class, School union, Church group, members of a political party or a celebrities fan base.
There are two types of SMS Channels namely:
- Free SMS Channels: Users can join this channel free of charge. Channel owners dont earn any funds from these type of channels
- Premium SMS Channels: Users earn by charging subscription fees. subscription fees are split between the channel owner and olympus digital media solutions limited.
